The renovation of the heating installation of the Hunting Lodge in Skalsko is completed. The "Skalsko" Hunting lodge is located on the shore of lake Skalsko, Dryanovo municipality.
The building consists of a basement and three floors. A small SPA centre, as well as technical and service areas are located in the basement. A tavern, a conferment hall and a kitchen are found on the first floor. The guest rooms are situated on the second and third floors.
Multiclima has made the internal heating system a low-temperature one, powered by heat pumps with ground collectors with direct evaporation. With their help, except for heating in winter, the system provides cooling in summer and produces hot water for domestic use.
The energy is generated by copper pipes collectors, installed in the ground. The system is characterized by very low costs and COP over 5.6. This corresponds to 81.8% free of charge energy, obtained from the space around the building.
Heat pumps are manufactured by HELIOTHERM Austria. The heating in the SPA centre and the restaurant are under floor heating coils, and for the rooms – fan coils.
To produce hot water for domestic use, 2 bivalent combination boilers are assembled with capacity of 800 liters, the water being heated indirectly by heat pumps and solar installation.
Solar collectors are mounted on the site next to the building. Regenerative ventilation, which provides for the necessary comfort and atmosphere, is installed in the tavern, conference centre and spa. Local exhaust ventilation equipment over the heat loss facilities is provided in the kitchen.
